Members must inform the gym of an absence in advance. There may be short periods when My Gym is closed and/or classes are not running. There are no refunds or credits for these closures. To the best of our ability, we will inform members in advance of these closures so that members may attend additional programs before or after the closure.

Tuition is based on 4 weeks of class programming. Members must inform the gym of an absence a minimum of 2 hours in advance to be eligible for a make-up. Make ups are available whilst enrolled and must be used during cancellation period not after. Once a cancellation is finalized makeups are no longer available for use. Makeups are non-transferable and may only be used on the child who holds the membership. 

We endeavour to allow for make up classes to be used but they can not be granted in a full class,  and may not always be available to use due to government restrictions but will be stored on your account. Make up classes have no monetary value. Makeup classes can be booked via the enrolled members online account with my gym. 

This agreement constitutes a continuous payment plan and will remain in effect until terminated by the member. See cancellation policy below. You will automatically remain enrolled at My Gym until you cancel your enrolment and receive an email confirmation from the gym stating your cancellation request has been processed. The preferred method to request a cancellation is to do so from your My Gym account, but we will accept email, text, or in-person requests as well. It is agreed that, upon cancellation, you may continue to attend the gym until your final day of membership. Makeups may not be used after the final day of membership and must be used before this date.
