Enrollment in classes allows you to attend one structured class per week. Also, we offer Practice and Play sessions for currently enrolled members if they choose to attend. Practice and Plays cannot be made up or substituted for classes. There may be short periods when My Gym is closed or classes are not running. If this occurs and a class is missed, the member is entitled to a make-up. *Billing dates cannot be adjusted to accommodate Make-Up classes since Make-Ups cannot be used in place of enrollment in your regularly scheduled class. Also, make-ups have no monetary value.*
Appears on the CRF online and in MGM As per my Membership Agreement, I understand I am responsible for any past due amounts. This agreement will terminate on the final day of membership. I understand that I may attend the gym until the final day of membership. No refunds or credits will apply for any missed classes.
This agreement constitutes a continuous payment plan and will remain in effect until terminated by the member. You will automatically remain enrolled at My Gym until you cancel your enrollment from your My Gym account and receive an email confirmation from the gym stating your cancellation request has been processed. My Gym requires a 30-day notice to cancel. It is agreed that, upon cancellation, you may continue to attend the gym until your final day of membership
