Enrollment in classes allows you to attend Unlimited classes per week in addition to the class you are enrolled in. Unlimited classes must be scheduled in advance, and are subject to class availability. Also, we offer Practice and Play sessions for currently enrolled members if they choose to attend. Practice and Plays cannot be made up or substituted for classes. Members must inform the gym of an absence a minimum of 2 hours in advance to be eligible for a make-up. There may be short periods when My Gym is closed or classes are not running. If this occurs and a class is missed, the member is entitled to a make-up. Billing dates cannot be adjusted to accommodate make-up classes since make-ups cannot be used in place of enrollment in your regularly scheduled class. Also, make-ups have no monetary value*
This agreement constitutes a continuous payment plan and will remain in effect until terminated by the member. Your child will automatically remain enrolled at My Gym until an official Cancellation Request Form (CRF) has been completed and submitted in person or via email. All make-ups must be used before the date of your last class. Any unused make-ups will be lost after the date of your last class. There are no refunds for cancellation requests submitted after your next billing date*
Members enrolled by RBS agree to pay $149.00 every 28 days. Any and all payments to My Gym are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
